Elia Weiss won the fourth and final F4 Central European Zone race at Autodrom Most, claiming his third victory from three starts during the weekend and securing the maximum available points.

Weiss started from pole position alongside Max Karhan, while Teo Borenstein and David Walther shared the second row. Aleksandar Bogunovic and Francesco Pio Coppola lined up on row three, ahead of Ella Hakkinen and Mathilda Paatz on the fourth row.

Weiss once again made a phenomenal start and reached the first chicane well ahead of Karhan and Borenstein, who were battling for second place. As the rest of the field negotiated the chicane, Alexia Danielsson missed her braking point and caused a major incident. The crash eliminated Danielsson, Hakkinen, Paatz, Simon Rechenmacher and Dean Pedersen from the race.

The race was red-flagged while the damaged cars were recovered and the track was cleared. It was then restarted behind the safety car.

After racing resumed, Borenstein attacked Karhan into the first chicane. The pair made light contact, but both were able to continue without significant damage. Borenstein eventually found a way past and moved into second place.

Weiss began to build a lead, pulling clear of Borenstein and the rest of the field. However, his advantage was soon wiped out when Simon Antonio Bulbarella went off the track with 12 minutes remaining. The safety car was deployed before the race was red-flagged for a second time.

The race restarted once again with six minutes remaining. Weiss retained the lead, with Borenstein in second. Walther attacked Karhan and moved into third, while Bogunovic also managed to pass Karhan.

Borenstein tried to match the leader’s pace, but remained around one second behind and was never close enough to launch a serious attack on his teammate.

Weiss therefore secured his third victory of the weekend, with Borenstein finishing second and Walther completing the podium. Bogunovic took fourth ahead of Karhan in fifth, while Coppola finished sixth and Silkunas seventh. David Gorcica claimed eighth place, Leo Nilsson finished ninth and Georgiy Zasov completed the top 10.
