A heavy rainstorm hit the Salzburgring circuit late on Sunday afternoon, forcing the cancellation of the final F4 Central European Zone race of the weekend.
Although the start was initially delayed in the hope that conditions would improve, race control ultimately decided to cancel the race after evaluating the weather forecast and track conditions.
The current weather situation made it impossible to guarantee safe racing, leaving officials with no option but to call off the event.
As a result, the F4 Central European Zone weekend at Salzburgring concluded with three of the four scheduled races being completed.
