Swiss team Jenzer Motorsport enjoyed a dominant qualifying session for the third round of the F4 Central European Zone Championship at Salzburgring, with all four of their drivers occupying the top four spots. Gino Trappa was the fastest of them all.

The Argentinian driver, who comes into the Austrian weekend as the championship leader, took the first step toward another strong performance by setting the fastest lap of the session—becoming the only driver to dip under one minute and 22 seconds.

Max Karhan set the second-fastest time, followed by Mexican teammates Nicolas Cortes and Javier Herrera in third and fourth, respectively.

Benett Gáspár from Zengő Motorsport was the best of the rest, continuing to show his progress in terms of speed and achieving his best qualifying result of the season. He will start from the third row alongside Mathilda Paatz, who was just 0.005 seconds behind him.

The three Maffi Racing drivers line up behind them, with Andreas Lo Bue, David Walther, and Theodor Borenstein occupying seventh, eighth, and ninth. David Gorčica of Janík Motorsport rounded out the top ten.

The session was red-flagged in the second half, however all the fastest times were set during the short green-flag period afterwards.

Race 1 gets underway today at 15:10, with the remaining two races scheduled for Sunday.
