Mathilda Paatz is a German racing driver.

After a short professional career in skiing, she decided to switch to racing at the age of 10. She took the usual way through karting. In the Mini category, she won the overall 3rd position twice.

After the expirience with a national karting, she started to race internationally and also participated in FIA Girls on track, where she accomplished the final twice, once in a go-kart, once in F4.

In 2024, she moved to the F4, raced the full season in French F4 and in 2025 she gained more experience with the Tatuus single-seater in Formula Winter Series. Then a move to F4 CEZ Championship followed.

For the 2026 season, Mathilda will be competing in F1 Academy with Prema Racing, representing Aston Martin, and also continuing in Formula 4 CEZ.
