Although Reno Francot started from pole position, it was Ethan Ischer who had the best reaction and took the lead. These two teammates from Jenzer Motorsport have been fighting for victory throughout the entire season, and at Brno, it finally happened for the first time in 2023 that the race weekend had two different winners, with Francot winning race 1 and Ischer winning race 2.
Ischer had to be cautious throughout the entire race as Francot closely followed him from the first to the last lap. However, Ischer had a mistake-free race and managed to secure his sixth win of the season, with Francot finishing just 0.673 seconds behind. Michael Sauter from Sauter Engineering team finished third, with Oliver Michl from Gender Racing Team in fourth, closely followed by Mathias Jakobsen from Jenzer Motorsport.
There was a battle between Czech drivers Max Karhan and Miroslav Mikeš in the late stages of the race. Mikeš had a slow start and dropped to last place. However, he caught up with the rest of the field, overtook Roman Roubíček, and began to challenge Karhan. Eventually, Mikeš found a way past his country-man and finished in sixth place.
